Angram Bank Primary School

Special Educational Needs

Angram Bank Primary School is committed to providing a high quality inclusive environment where all our learners are valued and treated with respect. We provide every child with access to a broad and balanced education that meets the specific needs of individuals and groups of children in line with the National Curriculum and Special Educational Needs Code of Practice.

At Angram Bank, we consistently assess, review and reflect on practice in order for us to make appropriate provision to overcome all barriers to learning. We firmly believe that by working in partnership with parents/carers and professionals beyond school that we can provide all of our children with high quality care, support and education.

If you have any questions regarding your child or the school’s SEN approaches, we ask, in the first instance to highlight these to your child’s class teacher.

Our Special Educational Needs Coordinator is Zoe Heath, who is also an Assistant Headteacher at Angram Bank, is on hand to work alongside parents, teachers and outside agencies to support your child.

More information regarding how we meet the needs of all learners can be found in our SEN Policy and SEN Report.
